The candidate will have the opportunity to participate in special assignments and projects that will enhance their career development and growth. RESPONSIBILITIES Assisting in the planning, implementation and follow up for all special events and buyouts. Coordination of events’ logistics, including public relations, production and distribution of Event Riders. Assisting the process of events’ budget development and fulfilment. Supervising vendors’ activities with basic set up and dismantling of events, coordinating vendors’ activities and ensuring procedures are followed and in compliance with the property rules. Crisis management if necessary. Responsible for administrative duties such as filing, data entry, collecting data for periodical reporting and sales calls reports. Work closely with Banqueting and Events Manager to fulfill internal and external event planning committees and client groups to define event goals. Represent and deliver service excellence that is in line with the organization’s brand. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in the same role is preferred. Fluent in verbal and written English. Excellent team worker and oriented to details. Proactive with excellent communication skills and customer service experience. Ability to accurately multitask under pressure with attention to detail.
