Apply now Duties As The Asset Adoption Manager, you will report to The Head of Asset Adoption be responsible for carrying out the following duties: - Provide network design authority and technical guidance within SLA. - Support Adoption Partners in the effective delivery of multi-utility design, construction, and compliance. - Identify market growth opportunities and collaborate with the management team to develop and implement commercial strategies to strengthen the business’s market position. - Lead the development of team members and assist in maintaining industry accreditations. - Proactively manage and report on workload and resource concerns to prevent project delays. - Contribute to the development of new products and services with the team and Adoption Partners. - Undertake other duties as required by the manager. Work Experience and Qualifications - Knowledge of at least one utility in relation to design, operations, policy, and compliance. - At least one year of managing people. - Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline or related field
