Deputy Care Manager

Our Client is Seeking a Non Clinical Deputy Manager Details are below, 35 bedded medium size Care home at the outskirts of Watford which provides Residential and dementia care. We are seeking a Deputy Manager to work alongside the current Deputy Manager- who understands the importance of ensuring that the physical, emotional and psychological needs of the residents are met in a person-centred way. Hours: 40 hours (Including every other weekend, 6 hrs admin and one night Pay Rate: £16-£18 (Plus enhanced rate for weekend and night hours) PERSON SPECIFICATION: - Good communication and leadership skills - Prior care home experience as a deputy Manager is essential - Excellent IT skills are required - Participation in continuous professional development SKILLS / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: - NVQ Level 3 or above, or equivalent want to know more.
