About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage a high-profile, and long-term electricity distribution contract. The role is client-facing, with a focus on overseeing scheduling, cash flow management, and ensuring timely payments, while maintaining proactive communication with the client. Key Responsibilities Manage the electricity distribution contract across multiple locations within the West Midlands. Oversee multiple small projects at the same time, making sure everything stays on track, and ensuring payments are received on time. Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, ensuring clear, proactive communication. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to support contract delivery and financial performance. Help resolve issues impacting project finances and operations. Maintain accurate commercial and contractual documentation. What we are looking for: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in utilities or infrastructure. Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or an Engineering Discipline. Experience managing multiple small projects at the same time, making sure everything stays on track, and ensuring payments are received on time
