Quantity Surveyor, London The Director of a close knit, busy London office is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with the hunger to progress towards Senior and Associate levels in the coming years ahead. The Quantity Surveyor’s role The successful Quantity Surveyor will be based near Fenchurch Street in a hybrid role, working closely with the quantity surveying director on a broad arrange of residential, arts, heritage, and industrial projects. The successful Quantity Surveyor will take on projects from inception to completion, including preparing initial estimates, the full procurement process, administering contracts, taking them to site, and closing them out. Current projects are either on site or at tender stage, with multiple bids out for further work.
