My client is a large Tier 1 Maintenance contractor who specialise in Property Maintenance Services are looking for an experience Contract Manager for a pivitol role Role This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an experienced team of professionals dedicated to excellence in repairs and maintenance. As a Repairs Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively. Your Key Objectives To lead and manage a team of repair technicians to ensure prompt and effective completion of all repairs. To develop and implement strategies to improve repair efficiency and quality. To monitor and control costs, adhering to budgetary guidelines. Requirements A proven track record of experience in the Repairs and Maintenance sector, preferably in a leadership or management position. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues.
