Key Responsibilities Performance & Efficiency: Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving measures. Reverse Logistics & Quality Assurance: Oversee returned product handling, collaborate with Engineering/Quality teams, and drive KPI-based performance improvements. Workload & Resource Management: Plan and allocate manpower efficiently to meet business targets. Customer-Centric Solutions: Analyse escalations and failures, implementing corrective actions to enhance service levels. Continuous Improvement & Standardisation: Lead process improvements using CI methodologies and cross-training initiatives. Health, Safety & Environmental Responsibility: Ensure compliance with all regulations and promote sustainable waste management.What We’re Looking For We need a strategic leader with a proven track record in operational and logistics management.
