M&E Project Manager

Our Client M&E Projects Manager required for our client, they are a leading building services contractor based in Fareham. They specialise in providing a complete range of mechanical and electrical services, including air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and more. They have over 30 years of experience and offer services to various sectors, including defence, hospitality, retail, healthcare, government, and education. They currently employ over 70 members of staff with primary business biased towards M&E projects delivery. M&E Projects Manager Key Responsibilities - Oversee and management of multiple mechanical and electrical projects at once, projects value from £200k to £3m - Ensuring mechanical and electrical installation projects are delivered on time and to required specification - Oversee and manage teams of mechanical fitters and electricians, ensuring work is delivered in line with relevant electrical safety standards - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, updating the client with project developments - Assist in the procurement of required project labour and allocation of works - Responsible for project profit / loss, ensuring financial targets are met - Travel requirements will include UK wide, and occasional international travel M&E Projects Manager Requirements - Previous experience in the delivery of mechanical and electrical projects - The successful Projects Manager will ideally hold a more mechanical bias - Relevant mechaicanl, electrical and /or health and safety qualifications such as ECS Black Card, SMSTS, IOSH, and Prince 2 would be seen as advantageous - Ability to travel to the office in Fareham as and when required - Full UK Driving License M&E Projects Manager Remuneration - Salary £60,000 - £70,000 - 40 hour working week - 23 days holiday BH - Car Allowance - £550pm - Private Medical Insurance - Bonus - Enhance benefits package discussed at the interview - Work from home
