Position Overview: The Logistics Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics function. While prior logistics experience is not essential, it is beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily logistics operations to ensure seamless movement of goods. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveries to customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all logistics activities. Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to resolve any logistical challenges. Support the logistics team with general administrative tasks. Qualifications and Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Prior logistics experience (advantageous but not required). Location : Paarl, office based.
