Site Agent to manage building sites in Cape Town We are seeking a Site Agent to manage building sites in Cape Town . If you have a strong background in construction management and are ready to lead projects with efficiency and professionalism, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: â Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule â Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff â Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards â Coordinate logistics and material deliveries â Report on project progress and resolve on-site issues Requirements: âï¸ Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in construction âï¸ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills âï¸ Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards âï¸ Excellent communication and organizational abilities âï¸ Drivers license and own transport preferred Why Join Us? ?
