We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join ours client dynamic team. Your Role As a Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of transforming technology operations, helping to define business requirements, analyze systems, and implement innovative solutions. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of technology resilience across multiple infrastructure portfolios. Your work will directly impact how technology supports and strengthens the organization’s core operations. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with business and technical teams to understand and align business goals. Process Mapping & Gap Analysis : Analyze current and future state processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency. Target Operating Model (TOM) Development : Define and refine operational models in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs. Requirements Elicitation & Documentation : Lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and document clear and concise business requirements that support the delivery of technology solutions. Agile & Waterfall Methodologies : Work in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage requirements, create user stories, and support system implementation. Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to enhance the business and control environment, ensuring compliance and operational resilience. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support : Provide assistance in testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements. What We Are Looking For We need a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You should be able to simplify complex technical concepts and adapt your communication style to different audiences. Additionally, you will need: Excellent Analytical Skills : Ability to break down complex problems and find effective solutions. Stakeholder Management Experience : Comfortably interact with stakeholders across different regions and functions. Process & Documentation Expertise : Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and documenting technical requirements. Experience with Agile & Waterfall : A proven track record of working in both methodologies and supporting end-to-end project lifecycles. Problem-Solving Mindset : Identifying problems and developing practical solutions. Autonomy & Initiative : Ability to take ownership and drive projects independently. What Will Set You Apart Experience in Infrastructure Projects : A background in large-scale, complex projects in the IT or technology domain is essential. Knowledge of IT Risk & Control : Familiarity with operational risk management frameworks and control environments is an advantage. Technical Expertise : Familiarity with the technology, cyber, and data domains, and their application in infrastructure projects is a plus. Certifications : IT Service Management certifications are beneficial. Familiarity with HSBC : Previous experience at HSBC is a plus, but not required. Why Apply?
