Automation Tester for future needs

We are looking for an Automation Tester for future needs to join Sopra Steria Apps Services on a project developed for one our European clients within the telecommunication industry. We are looking for people who will be able to start in the second quarter of the year. The scope of provided services is to ensure test planning and preparation in order to derive targeted test cases that cover all relevant functions and scenarios, as well as test execution—error analysis, implementation and maintenance of automated tests, quality assurance, documentation maintenance and stakeholder management. Responsibilities: creating automatic/manual tests (test analysis and design execution) analysis of test results error reporting - basic investment based on reports/logs cooperation with developers in diagnosing and correcting errors retests regression tests (implementation and maintenance) performance tests test documentation Must have requirements: Demonstrated hands-on experience as an Automation Tester Experience in test management tools (e.g.: JIRA, ALM, Spira) Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process Fluent English B2/C1 Excellent communication skills, analytical mind, attention to detail and an ability to pick things up quickly EU citizenship Being open to business trips and occasional visits in our office in Katowice BENEFITS (UoP): Luxmed, Medicover Sport Worksmile, educational platforms, language courses, referral bonus, copyrights, life insurance DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES (UoP and B2B): certifications (paid by the company) plus bonus for successful passing, conferences, Tech Lunches The recruitment process in our company consists of two stages: - a short phone call with a recruiter (30 min max) - one-hour long interview on Teams (with both general and technical questions) Regardless of the decision, we always come back to the candidate with feedback.
