Your responsibilities: As a Product Manager (m/f/d) for the Mobile App at PAYBACK, it is your responsibility to create product solutions that are beloved by PAYBACK customers while also meeting business needs You will work in a Crew together with a Product Owner to share ideas and approaches You understand the business, partner, and customer needs and design product solutions that align with those desires You write user stories and guide them through implementation alongside our development teams and QA You collaborate with our UX designers on the implementation of new innovative products and iterations of existing products You work closely with the business teams responsible for the business success of a specific business area You are familiar with the product KPIs and iterate and optimize the product based on insights With us, you are part of a highly diverse team consisting of product management, UX design, and development professionals from over 10 countries Your Profile: You have at least 3 years of professional experience as an Product Manager (m/f/d) for B2C Products on native Apps (Android, iOS) You have developed digital products in collaboration with a Scrum or Kanban team You have demonstrated your ability to conceive and implement product solutions that delight customers and meet business requirements You have a good technical understanding and comprehend how entire systems function You have a pronounced ability and enjoy managing complexity with a hands-on attitude You have experience in stakeholder management and can balance different interests, mediate, and find solutionsIdeally, you have experience of working with international teams and a basic knowledge of the German language You have very good English language skills How about?
