Regular Senior PMO

We are searching for a Regular/Senior PMO Your responsibilities: Preparing reporting, presentations, communication in corporation with management and on management's request. Create and maintain the specific repository (access, backups, structure). Moderate physical/virtual/hybrid project meetings in English with varied group of stakeholders and prepare monthly status reports. Project data storage and archive. Business process optimization based on collected data by Agile methodology. Work in multiple parallel activities with different schedules, duration and deadlines, delivering tangible results while balancing priorities across different activities on daily basis. Support transformation of IT services with activities like scoping workshop moderation and A-Z change coordination. Ensure data and reporting consistency across all relevant domains. We are looking for you, if you have: At least 2-4 years in project management. 2 years of Business Unit or Business Unit-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving. Experience in defining user experience journey specifically in the context of infrastructure projects – nice to have. Technical understanding of IT Infrastructure environment is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Administration, or a related field. A Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) Certification may be advantageous. GxP-regulated industry experience is an asset. English min. B2/C1. Excellent coordination, organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Strong leadership and moderation skills. Strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
