Seeburger Specialist

We are looking for a Seeburger Specialist for our Client – a dynamic and global team responsible for providing production support for key IT systems. Collaborating with various Business and IT teams. Providing on-call support when required. Conducting root-cause analysis. Working as part of a global team in alignment with SLA and ITIL-defined procedures. Effectively delivering services in collaboration with internal and external teams. Technical requirements: Proficiency in BIS (Seeburger), Java, IBM SFG (Sterling Integrator). Experience in Unix/Linux/Windows environments. Familiarity with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, or similar. Knowledge of Oracle Databases and SQL. Experience with microservices architecture is a plus. Awareness of logging and monitoring tools. What we expect: Proven experience as a Production Technical Support Engineer. Understanding of Incident, Problem, and Change Management procedures. Ability to work in global, multi-location teams. Strong customer focus and teamwork skills. Excellent communication skills in English. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with banking transaction systems or the banking domain (preferred). ITIL Accreditation is an additional asset. Why join us?
