Power Platform Expert Location Gliwice Offer description We are seeking for a talented and experienced Power Platform Expert with a nice-to-have background in SharePoint to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and related Microsoft 365 technologies. As a Power Platform Expert, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Power Platform solutions and integrating them with SharePoint to streamline business processes and enhance productivity. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Closely collaborate with the business to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions Debug and troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions Design, develop, and customize reliable, intuitive and secure Power Platform solutions Play the role of a mentor for Power Platform business users Provide trainings and support for delivered solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Power Platform OUR REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in Power Platform development with a strong understanding of its concepts Very good knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Connectors, Power BI etc.) Good experience in delivering solutions based on Power Platform in a business environment At least basic knowledge of other Microsoft 365 services and their integration capabilities Ability to use data from various cloud and on-premises sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Very good communication skills in English or German Nice to have: Knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (lists, libraries, permissions etc.) Experience with Power Platform solutions development and automation using Azure DevOps (GIT, pipelines etc.) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services Software development experience WE OFFER Work on international projects - opportunity to develop your language skills in everyday work Language courses (English/German) Stable employment based on an employment contract or B2B Latest technologies Hybrid work model Benefit package, including private medical care, group insurance, cafeteria system and lunch card
