Manufacturing Specialist 1 - Production Supervision

As a Manufacturing Specialist Production Supervision, you will be responsible for: Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees, typically managing hourly employee populations. Exchanging data and information regarding interaction concerns and improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Handling standardized manufacturing processes and guidelines for choosing the right actions, with some latitude in ways of working and planning. Leading a small manufacturing unit with a budget > $0.5 million. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in the Engineering field, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing. Fluency in Italian and English is required. Strong oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills is desirable.
