Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the execution of photovoltaic energy plants exceeding 30 MW. Plan and coordinate all project phases, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning . Monitor project development, control costs and timelines , and implement action plans to address deviations. Validate the technical documentation of the project. Generate detailed project progress reports . Ensure compliance with contractual obligations , managing subcontractors and suppliers effectively. Lead and manage the Project Team , ensuring optimal resource allocation and team performance. Identify and mitigate project risks , implementing preventive action plans. Oversee Quality & Environmental Management and ensure safety compliance. Foster a strong technical relationship with the client , promoting collaboration and trust. Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) Requirements: Comply with all safety regulations and procedures. Report and support the investigation of any incidents or risks. Ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, and PPE. Participate in mandatory safety and risk management training. What You Need to Succeed: Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager in photovoltaic energy plants exceeding 30 MW . Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering . Languages: Native Italian speaker; English or Spanish at B2 level is desirable. Additional Skills: Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
