Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students. Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress to support their development. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver creative lessons. Uphold and promote the school's values, fostering respect, responsibility, and a sense of community.Essential Requirements: A recognised teaching qualification (QTS). Experience teaching in a primary school setting, ideally in Year 3 but certainly in KS2. A genuine passion for educating and inspiring young learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
