Hill McGlynn are delighted to be working with a leading residential builder to recruit a Traffic Marshall/Gateman for an exciting new project in Sheerness. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and safety-conscious individual to join a well-regarded team on a busy construction site. Responsibilities: Managing site access and egress for vehicles and personnel. Directing site traffic safely and efficiently. Ensuring compliance with site health and safety regulations. Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring proper documentation is in place. Supporting deliveries and material movements on-site. Assisting site management with general tasks as required. Skills & Experience: Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman ticket (essential). Previous experience in a similar role on a construction site. Valid CSCS card (essential). Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Punctual, reliable, and safety-focused.
