Early Years Teaching Assistant

The role: Early Years Teaching Assistant Contract: Full Time Hours: 08:30-15:30 Location: Lewisham, South East London Rate: £95 - £100 per day We are looking for a friendly, exciting and compassionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to come join one of our remarkable primary schools in Southeast London. We welcome those who provide a life changing experience to pupils' lives. For this role you will be supporting a high level child with moderate behaviour challenges, in a reception class. The ideal candidate: Planning and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the needs and interests of the children. Working closely with the Early Years team and other staff to ensure a smooth transition to Reception. Assessing and monitoring the children's progress and development, and providing constructive feedback Communicating effectively with parents and carers, and involving them in their children's learning Contributing to the school's vision, values, and ethos, and upholding its policies and proceduresRequirements: Minimum CACHE Level 2 Early Years Qualification or Early Years Teaching Assistant certificate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Safeguarding experience Enhanced child DBS (Not mandatory as we can help provide one) We are excited to hear from all applicants so If you would like to be considered for this position, please click Apply or contact Anelka Campbell at Remedy education.
