Job Description

Job Title: North of England Field Service and Installation Engineer Department: Service Department Responsible For: Service and Installation of all company Products in the Northern region of England. Liaising with: All customers and company personnel. The ability to communicate at all levels is important. Key Tasks: Supporting all customer requirements with installation, repair and servicing of all company equipment. After sales support. Support for company sales team. Requirement to travel with periodic overnight stay. Attributes: Self-motivated. Full driving licence. Strong IT literacy. Strong customer service and commercial skills. Qualifications & Qualified to HND/HNC or degree standard in electronics and/or Training: engineering, or equivalent discipline, with the ability to adapt to technical situations. Ability to use, install and configure software. Physical Nature: Good health, physically capable of carrying out service and installation duties. Additional Information: Salary £35,000 to £38,000 (dependant on qualifications and experience) Commission following successful completion of 6 month probation period (between £5k-£12k annually, paid quarterly – dependent on company turnover) Hours – 37.5 per week (8.30am-5pm, Mon to Fri) Pension scheme Private healthcare after 12 months Daily lunch allowance 20 days’ annual leave, increasing annually by 1 day to a maximum of 25 days Public bank holidays Tools provided Company van Mobile phone and Tablet
