Clinical Pharmacist – NHS Hospital, Worcestershire (Ongoing Contract) Location: Worcestershire, NHS Hospital Contract: Ongoing Working Hours: Flexible – 3, 4, or 5 days per week Hourly Rate: £27 - £33 per hour (DOE) Agency: Hunter AHP Hunter AHP have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital team in Worcestershire. This is a fantastic ongoing contract role offering flexible working options. Key Responsibilities: Conducting clinical reviews of patient medications Providing expert advice on the safe and effective use of medications Monitoring and adjusting drug therapies as necessary Supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to hospital patients Collaborating closely with medical and nursing staff Ensuring compliance with NHS guidelines and standards Requirements: Previous hospital pharmacy experience is essential GPhC registration Strong clinical knowledge and experience in a hospital setting Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to work between 3 to 5 days per week This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career while making a direct impact on patient care.
