Qualification and experience required: CCS and a formal QS qualification is essential Duties: Contract Admin Project planning Assist in daily on-site management procedures, reports, and conflict solutions. Cash flow analysis. Compilation and monitoring of project budgetary allowances Preparation works for interim monthly Valuations to client. Manage sub-contractor accounts. Compiling subcontractor contracts Preparation works for Final accounts for Client and Sub-contractors. Knowledgeable in JBCC, FIDC, NEC and GCC contracts Measuring on site Prepare and present monthly cost reports for Director and site team Our Client is a large Building Contractor in Cape Town
