The Role: Demand Planner At Stone Island, we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Demand Planner who can join the Demand & Distribution Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan. As part of the Omnichannel Planning & Allocation Team, you will hold a cross-functional position, working closely with key departments such as Production, Planning, and Merchandising to ensure the consistent execution of business strategies. The Day-To-Day: Develop, maintain and improve a consolidated Demand Plan at SKU level for Permanent Products. Define in coordination with Region correct TSL target at store/SKU/size level. Support Merchandising in product life cycle management, identifying risk and opportunities in Permanent SKU selection. Coordinate with Production to define a Never Out of Stock Flow, scheduling reorders in season based on Production's timing. Maintain and improve a standard distribution model for Permanent articles to boost sales and improve coverage. Key Qualifications: Degree in management engineering or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, ideally as Demand Planner in Retail sector. Ability to simplify complex information and resolve data inputs to determine likely outcomes.
