Product Owner

Consultant Milano is looking for a Product Owner for a company specializing in AI and automation solutions. In this role, you will define the vision, strategy, and execution of the product, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders in an Agile startup-like environment to deliver cutting-edge AI and automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technological feasibility. Collaborate with AI/ML teams and research analysts to deliver innovative automation and AI solutions. Translate business needs into clear user stories and product requirements for the development team. Drive the adoption of AI-powered automation tools, ensuring usability in research workflows. Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring measurable value delivery. Define and track KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with data governance, ethical AI principles, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in AI, automation, or data-driven platforms. Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Hyperautomation technologies. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing multiple initiatives. Proven ability to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and execute strategies with cross-functional teams. Solid understanding of data analytics, research methodologies, and automation tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consulting or research institutions related to economic, social, or policy research. Hands-on experience with AI/ML models, NLP, LLMs, and data pipelines. Familiarity with RPA, AI-powered data enrichment, and workflow automation. Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI/ML services. Product Management certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
