Senior Account Manager, Amazon Business, Amazon Business EU FIELD

DESCRIPTION Amazon is looking for a customer-obsessed Strategic Account Manager with a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace to help shape the future of our 3rd party marketplace in EU. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful account and project management, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities. He/she is analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has strong persuasion skills with the ability to deliver recommendations with authority and influence senior decision makers. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing accounts against a set of output and input goals by driving the B2B flywheel levers. Help improve business processes and make us more effective at a sub-vertical level, having the EU ownership. Work on projects to improve the long term business customer experience and grow the Amazon Business marketplace. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Italian language skills at C1 level Bachelor's degree Strong background in account management (sales), category, finance or product management, along with related business experience Excellent analytical and data-mining aptitude, coupled with strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven track record collaborating successfully with internal and external partners Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to deal with ambiguous problems. Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Data mining skills (SQL) Meticulous attention to detail Strong analytical orientation Experience in consulting and/or Field products industries Delivered results with a strong entrepreneurial spirit Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
