Analytical System Solutions Specialist MSS

As an Application System Solution Specialist, you will own the creation and execution of analytical systems for liquid and gas. The role covers how to successfully meet and exceed top line sales targets, promotional campaigns, defining and communicating unmet customer needs, scoping new market opportunities and rolling out plans to capture them, creating clarity on solution positioning in the market, understanding competitive threats, and designing and rolling out counter strategies. You will also train and coach the sales channel through the Solution Selling model. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Promote the solutions to achieve bookings and sales targets by developing sales strategies aligned with those of the country and business unit. Gain and apply industry knowledge to develop market penetration plans to achieve budgeted sales and growth commitments. Identify new business opportunities (industries, applications, customers), convert them into action plans, and establish measures with sales management for success. Provide input to and participate in the New Product Development process. Conduct and distribute the results of market analyses and competitor surveys. Monitor competitive activities and develop strategies to address and counteract them. Actively participate in customer-oriented events, site visits, sales campaigns, product lectures, industry conferences, etc. Attend relevant technical and commercial trainings as required to maintain a high level of product and process knowledge, including new products as and when released. For This Role, You Will Need: Analytical engineering capability. 3 years’ experience in process analytical system solutions and/or customer service department. Customer interface skills with proven leadership capability and a deep understanding of the sales process. Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English. Proficiency in MS Windows programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Internet knowledge. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Very good interpersonal skills. Ability to build relations at the top-level management. Good knowledge/experience of engineered systems solutions for analytical and flow skids.
