Responsibilities Collect, enter, and update information related to formal obligations of contract transfer and/or change of contracts, authorizations, and permits related to activities at facilities, including documentation for network service supplies; Populate and manage the database within the dedicated Facility Area software; Gather and analyze needs to identify interventions to be planned; Conduct periodic visits to managed sites to verify the conditions of structures and properties; Monitor suppliers, verify the quality of services and interventions assigned; Collect energy consumption data on a monthly basis to feed industry KPIs; Measure performance associated with contracted services and activities; Manage processes and procedures within the Integrated Corporate Management System; Participate in drafting the necessary documentation for the conduct of procurement procedures (tenders) related to services and activities under the Facility Area; Verify, control, and account for plant and building works; Manage contracts within the Facility function; Draft layouts and estimated metric calculations. Requirements Degree in Engineering or Architecture Knowledge of basic plant engineering and AutoCAD software Good knowledge of the English language Location The resource will be based in Bergamo (Piazzale Marconi, 4).
