Monitor progress and achievements on project performance. Manage document control during the construction phase. Book air, hotel, and ground transportation for the Board of Directors as requested. Coordinate event catering as requested. Maintain filing and documentation systems. Assist the HR Manager in maintaining document flow and organisation. Produce engineering reports and related documents on request.
