Job Description The PR Manager Europe / US is responsible for adapting and implementing global strategies at a regional level, ensuring that the message is consistent with the cultural and commercial specificities of the local market, managing the process of disseminating information relating to the brands under his responsibility, in alignment with the seasonal marketing plans. He/She is an experienced professional in managing relationships with media, KOL, agencies, and local stakeholders, capable of creating customized communication plans to maximize the brand's impact. He/She must possess a strategic vision, operational skills, and a deep understanding of the dynamics of the fashion and luxury sector. Reports to the Chief Worldwide PR Officer. Strategic Execution: Adapt global communication strategies to local needs, developing detailed plans for events, media campaigns, KOL marketing activities. ASA Substructure Management: Coordinate internal teams dedicated to specific brands of Max Mara Group ensuring effective implementation of communication and marketing plans. Local Agency Supervision: Select, manage, and monitor the performance of regional PR agencies, ensuring compliance with brand standards. Public Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and local media, identifying opportunities to increase brand visibility, supervising interviews of spokespersons ensuring compliance with the institutional communication guidelines defined by the Chief WWPR Officer. Budget Management: Manage the allocated budget, monitoring spending efficiency and return on investment. Event Management: Organize and coordinate PR events, fashion shows, and press days, ensuring they represent the brand's identity. Results Analysis: Produce detailed reports on PR activities, evaluating impact and proposing improvement actions. Press Office Management: Manage and empower the Press Office staff, supervising the correct execution of the area's operational activities and facilitating the growth of the team members. Samples Management: Plan and coordinate the management activities of the product samples assigned to the press office, ensuring organizational integration with the logistics functions involved in the process. Qualifications Required Skills: 10 years of experience in PR roles, preferably in international companies in the fashion/luxury sector. In-depth knowledge of the market dynamics of the assigned region. Ability to manage teams and relationships with agencies. Strong people management skills. Budget Management.
