What we are looking for We are looking for a Travel Organizer Specialist to join our amazing Travel Team to be responsible for planning and executing unprecedented unique travel experiences Being part of Meeters means growing together with Meeters, increasing your talent and opportunities. What will you do? Role highlights Design cost-effective travel packages from scratch that suit clients’ needs and Meeter’s high quality standards. Adapt and make travel arrangements to continuously improve the products based on the obtained feedback from Meeters’ travellers and tour leaders. Scout new suppliers and local partners and negotiate with them favorable contracts that meet Meeter’s expectations. Negotiate the best rates with hotels, tour guides, and restaurants. Answer all clients’ questions and address complaints in a timely manner. Conduct research about competitors and provide inputs about new product design and pricing. Ensure cross-team alignment of information, tools, and processes. Requirements and Attitude: Bachelor’s degree in travel, tourism, or an equivalent; Minimum 2 years of experience working in tour operators or the travel industry; Excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of negotiation methods; Strong experience in pricing, scouting suppliers, and new opportunities; Strong knowledge of Italian geography; A good understanding of travel trends; Ability to multitask and work irregular hours when required; Availability to work in our Verona office; Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, and committed to teamwork; Be a great team player and a professional respected for integrity and working attitude; Great communication and synthesis skills; Open-minded, purpose-driven, and curious.
