The below job description will outline this position of: Project Manager/Engineer Typically, this person will be overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Monitor subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Oversee production and engineering teams to meet project requirements. Uphold company safety, quality, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance. Review and assess existing policies, procedures, and risk management systems, ensuring effective implementation across projects.
