Multi-Site Store Manager Leading Store Operations for an Amazon series turned world-renowned consumer brand Job Description Operational Leadership : Manage and oversee multiple farm shop locations, ensuring consistency in service, product quality, and store presentation. Team Management : Recruit, train, and develop staff across different sites, fostering a positive and motivated work environment. Sales & Performance : Monitor sales targets, implement strategies to increase revenue, and analyse store performance to maximize profitability. Customer Experience : Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, handling inquiries and feedback professionally. Stock & Supply Chain : Manage inventory levels, supplier relationships, and stock rotation to minimise waste and ensure product availability. Compliance & Standards : Ensure all stores comply with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
