Planning Solicitor | NQ-3 A leading law firm in Planning & Environmental law is seeking a planning solicitor with NQ-3 PQE to join its Edinburgh or Glasgow office. This opportunity offers you the chance to work within a firm renowned for its expertise in energy, infrastructure and real estate planning law. About the Role As a planning solicitor, you will have the opportunity to advise on a variety of planning and consenting matters, including: Providing legal support on consenting and regulatory compliance for energy and infrastructure projects Assisting in navigating complex planning regulations and securing necessary approvals Drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as applications, agreements and submissions to regulatory bodies Key Requirements NQ-3 PQE in planning law, with some experience in energy and infrastructure projects (experience can be gained in a training contract or post-qualification role) Solid understanding of planning and consenting matters and related legislation A genuine interest in environmental law and sustainable development Strong drafting and communication skills This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, collaborative team and work with industry leaders in energy, infrastructure and real estate planning.
