Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Permanent – Tier 1 Building Contractor Location – West Lothian Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE benefits package Ref: GR1437 Gibson Recruitment Limited Job Description: A major UK Tier 1 building contractor who are known as a real market leader in their field, delivering new build construction projects in the public, private and regulated sectors. We are currently recruiting for a QUANTITY SURVEYOR / SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR to deliver a number of exciting new projects in Central Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a real household name in the industry to work on prestigious contracts. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying. Extensive knowledge of the UK Building industry. Demonstrable experience working on £10m projects for another Tier 1 building contractor (ideally Education and/or Health projects).
