Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, 2 PQE, £40,000 to £50,000, West Midlands. You will have experience of managing your own caseload and an understanding of the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors and introducers. JOB TITLE: Residential property Solicitor PQE: 2 PQE LOCATION: Birmingham THE ROLE: The role will see you managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers. Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets. To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision. Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions.
