Hybrid Conveyancer

My client, a well-established and reputable law firm in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its dynamic property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a capped caseload while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working and a supportive work environment. The Role Managing a capped caseload of 60 to 70 conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Re-mortgages and transfers of equity Ensuring high-quality service and fostering meaningful client relationships through manageable caseloads Handling transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision Liaising with clients, estate agents and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions Conducting title checks, preparing contracts and resolving any issues that arise during the conveyancing process Providing excellent client care and maintaining the firm's high standards of service Requirements Proven experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and related matters Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines A team player with a client-focused approach Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancer (qualification not essential if extensive experience is demonstrated) Benefits Capped caseloads to ensure quality service and promote strong client relationships Hybrid working: 3 days per week working remotely, with Mondays and Fridays in the office Competitive bonus scheme rewarding high performance Company pension scheme Clear and structured progression opportunities within the firm Free on-site parking This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, flexibility and career development within a forward-thinking firm that values its employees and prioritises client satisfaction.
