Act for a number of businesses, farmers, landowners and private clients Continue to attract referrals from accountants, agents and other referrers (due to strong existing relationships the firm have with local businesses & the community) Business sales and purchases – acting for both sellers and buyers in relation to share transactions and asset transactions Advise on and drafting Shareholders Agreements Draft and amend Articles of Association Incorporation of companies Advise on Partnerships and LLPs including drafting or amending partnership agreements (especially farming partnership agreements) Advise on and draft commercial contracts and standard terms and conditions Advise on management buy outs and company restructuring Advise on venture capital, private equity investments & additional financing What We are looking For: A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive Those at NQ level will be considered as the team continues to grow A team player with a collaborative approach to delivering excellent client outcomes Ambition to contribute What’s on Offer?
