Remote Residential Conveyancer

Remote Residential Conveyancer My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join its fully remote team. In this role, you will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership properties. The Role: Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files, handling tasks from contract checks to completion Review and process legal documents, including contracts, mortgage offers and search results Address complex legal queries and communicate effectively with clients, third parties and colleagues Produce accurate financial statements and manage ledgers using Visual Files & Practice Manager Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to the achievement of company targets Identify and escalate potential risks when necessary Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet monthly targets using Management Information Reports You: Strong experience in residential conveyancing and a good understanding of property law At least 3 years’ experience running your own caseload Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a high caseload and prioritise tasks effectively Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, third parties and colleagues High attention to detail in producing accurate documentation Experience with Management Information Reports and achieving targets Benefits: Bonus Scheme: Up to £15,000 annually Company Pension Scheme Health Cash Plan 25 Days Holiday with a buy and sell holiday scheme Subsidised Conveyancing Legal Fees Working Hours: Fully remote role with flexible working hours Core hours are 9am – 5pm, with occasional shifts between 10am – 8pm If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a dynamic, fully remote environment, apply now or contact Toby Ryan at G2 Legal Recruitment today INDMADN
