Industrialization Technician

In order to implement our Industrialization Department, we are looking for an Industrialization Technician, who will report directly to the Industrialization Manager. The ideal candidate will be in charge of carrying out complex production operations requiring cosmetic and chemical know-how, and have in-depth knowledge of the process drawing on solid experience. Key accountabilities: Draft and approve the production techniques developed, in compliance with safety, quality and budget; Pilot and implement product and/or process evolutions to improve the quality and productivity of the service. Investigate the possible causes of non-conformities detected; during manufacturing runs, analyze these non-conformities, and propose corrective or even preventive actions; Set up and monitor the implementation of the actions required to optimize the process; Solve complex technical problems related to the production or manufacturing process, while ensuring the technical coordination of the laboratory with partner services (Supply Chain, Industrialization, QC, R&D); Partner with customers and suppliers to ensure the technical specifications and quality standards are matched.
