MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare, review and update the technical and administrative documentation necessary to obtain export authorizations for alternative fuels & raw materials to Holcim Group Plants abroad. Ensure the correct registration of flows of alternative fuels & raw materials through dedicated applications/platforms. Coordinate logistics operations and identify, depending on the specific circumstances, the best solutions for the material handling/transport while respecting cost, efficiency, quality, and time parameters. PROFILE University Degree in a relevant technical field (e.g. Environmental Science, Sustainable development, Engineering, Law, etc). 1 - 2 years of professional experience in similar positions or technical roles in the Environment Function. FUNCTIONAL AND TECHNICAL SKILLS Previous experience in the export/logistics/waste sector, even if brief, is appreciated. Proven analytical and organizational skills. Good knowledge of project management tools and techniques. Knowledge of main IT tools; familiarity with specific management systems (e.g. SAP) is appreciated. Fluency in Italian and English a must , French or German is a plus. SOFT SKILLS Interest and passion for topics related to Sustainable Development , Environment, Recycling & Circular economy. Strategic vision. Ability to work independently with a focus on details. Customer and results-oriented approach. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships inside and outside the company. Effective and targeted communication. Flexibility. Strong team working attitude. WORKING CONDITIONS aligned with the gained experience in the role/function.
