No Offer Description The activities that will be conducted include the implementation of radiobiological and microstructural models starting from medical images for the development of personalized treatment plans in external beam radiotherapy. Radiobiological and microstructural models will be developed starting from medical images (including CT, anatomical and quantitative MRI, and dose maps). These models will then be integrated within a treatment planning system for the definition of a heterogeneous dose distribution. Comparisons with homogeneous and conventional dose plans will be performed, with a particular focus on applications related to charged particle therapy.
