Marketing Communications Specialist

We are looking for a professional to join our marketing team, supporting communication activities and contributing to the growth of our brands in an internationally oriented manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities will be: Content Creation: Ideation and drafting of content for traditional and innovative communication materials. Events and Trade Shows: Planning and logistical management of corporate events, international meetings, and industry trade shows, including the creation of dedicated communication materials for events (posters, banners, presentations) and coordination with external agencies for the production of promotional materials. Brand Strategy and Positioning: Activities for defining the positioning of corporate brands through market analysis and competitor benchmarking, and collaboration with the team to strengthen the visual and communicative consistency of the brands. Analysis and Reporting: Collection and analysis of marketing and communication data to monitor the effectiveness of actions taken, and preparation of reports to evaluate project performance and propose innovative ideas. Internal Communication: Contribute to spreading the company culture through dedicated communication campaigns. To be successful in this role you’ll need to have: Degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields. At least two years of experience in marketing and communications. Good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Passion for communication and creativity in proposing ideas. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Fluent in Italian and English. Nice to have: Good proficiency with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar). What we offer: Maternity cover contract. Benefits: Company canteen.
