HOT NEW ROLE Immediate Start Our client, a well-established company in the construction sector, is looking for an experienced Estimator with cladding expertise to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating closely with the Marketing & Business Development team to produce accurate and competitive estimates. Key Responsibilities Prepare estimates for PQQs, ITTs, pitches, and proposals , working alongside the Marketing & Business Development Manager. Monitor and manage budgets for tenders, pitches, and proposals. Ensure a smooth and efficient handover of information to the Commercial Department. Essential Requirements Cladding experience is a must. At least 2 years' experience as an Estimator. Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Confident and ambitious , with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders. Advanced IT skills , particularly proficiency in MS Excel . Desirable Skills ? Strong numerical proficiency .? A proactive approach to learning and professional growth .? Ability to manage business operations effectively.? Strong self-management and teamwork skills.?
