Job Title: Construction Estimator Location: East Sussex Salary: £40,000k-£50,000k (DOE) Work type: Full time / Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday HRGO Recruitment are looking for a skilled and detail orientated Construction Estimator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in general building works and heritage properties. With a robust portfolio, they offer unique opportunity to work on projects that tell the story of the past and shape the future General duties: Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates. Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for projects Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Stay up to date with industry trends, construction materials, and best practices, especially related to heritage and traditional builds. Provide clear reports and documentation to senior management and project teams. Role Requirements: Proven experience as a Construction Estimator Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques used in historical preservation.
