Job Title: Pitched Roofing Estimator Location: Eastbourne Salary: £40,000k-£50,000k (DOE) Work type: Full time/Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday / 7:30am-5:00pm HRGO Recruitment are seeking a highly skilled Pitched Roofing Estimator to join our clients award winning family run roofing and construction business based in Eastbourne. Celebrating over 75 years of success, our clients are excited to welcome a new Estimator to assist with roofing projects, heritage sites and restoration. With each project being bespoke to customers' requirements and delivered to the highest quality, this role offers excellent variety, challenge, and job satisfaction. General Duties: Conduct accurate and detailed assessments of pitched roofing projects, with a particular emphasis on heritage sites and restoration work. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and surveyors to ensure all project specifications align with regulatory standards and heritage guidelines. Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines Provide expert advice and insights to clients regarding the best practices for maintaining and restoring pitched roofs Role Requirements: Proven experience as a Roofing Estimator, specifically with heritage and conservation roofing projects. In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern roofing materials and techniques applicable to heritage buildings Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
