Job Description: We are currently searching for support workers, who share our core values of patience, respect, compassion, understanding and adaptability, who will be fully committed to the young people we support. Responsibilities: Ensuring the safety of the young person Establishing emotional engagement with the young person Assisting the young person with personal care Planning and participating in activities and outings Transporting the young person to meetings, school, appointments, etc. Preparing meals for the young person Maintaining cleanliness and order in the home You must: Hold a full UK drivers licence, with access to your own vehicle Have a clear DBS check Have full Right to Work in the UK Be willing to travel for work If you’re as passionate about the safeguarding of young people as we are, please apply today, with an up-to date CV.
