About the role Oversee a successful team to effectively manage disrepair and complex issues Ensure the effective and consistent management of contracts for asset investment Work with other departments to address and implement actions that will reduce cases Analyse and use data intelligently and effectively to review links and improve stock condition Work in collaboration with the Asset Strategy Team to ensure all asset investment activity and works undertaken is in accordance with the wider objectives Be responsible for budgetary control of all of the investment programme’s being delivered across the projects. Deliver asset investment programme of works and services to leaseholders and tenants Person spec RICS/CIOB Asset management background in housing Experience in case management and legal protocols Knowledge and understanding of building construction, property maintenance and improvements
