It is looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Negotiator. You will have experience in a similar role, already working in the private residential property sector in Scotland. Key Responsibilities: Conduct rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies and complete all legal requirements Manage the rental process from initial setup to key handover Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation related to lettings Handle tenant enquiries and select suitable candidates Ensure properties meet all legal and safety requirements Liaise with contractors and tenants to arrange repairs and maintenance Conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports for landlords Oversee the tenant selection and vetting process Generate leases and manage pre-tenancy preparations Perform tenant check-out inspections and process deposit returns Work closely with other departments within the business What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience in Residential Lettings & Property Management ARLA Level 6 (or equivalent) Scottish Residential Letting & Property Management qualification Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills A keen eye for selecting good tenants and sound judgment of character Complete integrity and a proactive, can-do attitude A full, clean UK driving licence Ready to Apply?
